Camp Sumatanga

Dear Music & Arts Week Family,

After much reflection, we have made the difficult decision to pause Music & Arts Week at Camp Sumatanga for 2025. This comes in light of declining enrollment over recent years and increased costs associated with hosting the camp. 

We understand that for many, MAW is more than just a camp—it’s a cherished tradition, a place where lifelong memories have been made across generations, and a place where many found their spiritual home. This pause will allow us to regroup and determine the best path forward for MAW’s future.

In the meantime, we encourage you to explore the other wonderful camp opportunities available at Camp Sumatanga for elementary, middle, and high school students. Visit www.sumatanga.org for more information and to register for a camp session! We know it won’t be the same, but we know we already have many of our campers signed up for summer camp at Sumatanga already!
